Choosing the right venue for your wedding is a big decision- start this process early to insure success and a stress-free planning experience. Here are some of our tips that we’ve learned as your go-to Spokane Wedding Photographer to help you find the perfect spot for your dream day.

What’s Your Theme?
First things first, think about the style and theme you want for your wedding. Are you picturing a cozy barn, a chic city loft, or a lakefront ceremony? Make a list of words that describe your ideal wedding vibe—romantic, formal, rustic, etc. This list will be your guide as you start exploring venues and ultimately shaping the event itself.

How Many Guests?
Knowing how many people you’ll invite is crucial. You don’t want to fall in love with a venue only to realize it’s too small or too large. Start making a general list, and anticipate any must-have guests. From there, you can generalize (but give yourself some wiggle room!), and you’ll have an idea of the necessary space you need.

What Does The Venue Include?
Some venues offer all-inclusive packages that cover everything from catering and staff to decor and entertainment. Others might provide a beautiful space and let you bring in your own vendors.
